Customer service is top notch, I enjoyed my stay. Emmanuel is a great receptionist and should be rewarded. Breaskfast is great.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Guesthouse. The location is easy accessible, with enough parking facilities. The staff, and especially Emmanuel, is very friendly, they do an excellent job. The room had all the necessary facilities and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. |Prestige Guesthouse, in its set up and friendliness, is very welcoming. We recomment this place to everyone, especially tourists from Europe.

I stayed for ten nights and had nice time. The services were really good. Breakfast menu changes everyday so you can enjoy different foods every morning. The accommodation fee is affordable compared to the high quality services. I want to stay again.

Prestige Guest House in Kumase offers exceptional hospitality with clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, reliable amenities, and excellent customer service.From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism.What stood out most was the attention to detail and customer service. The staff went above and beyond to cater to my needs, always with a smile. A great choice for both business and leisure travelers—highly recommended! And a hugeee thank you to Emmanuel and his brother. They were lovely.

Big thanks to the management team for making my vacation a memorable one The location was perfect, as it was close to many attractions and easily accessible. The hotel itself was spotless, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a standby plant and their wifi service and complimentary breakfast. The highlight of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room, overlooking the city skyline. The only suggestion I have for improvement is to provide more variety in the breakfast options.
